After learning about the type of image our client wants to project, we propose interior design and graphic concepts that will express their business as a distinct brand.

Based on client interviews, we prepare reports to analyze project requirements, functions and long term goals. Test Fit space plans can be done to help the client determine if a prospective space will suit their anticipated needs.

Through schematic design ideas and program requirements we create unique space plan solutions to optimize square footage, function, and code compliance.

When appropriate, custom furniture, fixtures, and/or millwork pieces are designed to enhance the specific needs of the interior space.

Atmosphere is largely created by effects of light; we consider lighting a critical part of the success of any interior. Desired effect, Title 24 and budget become the guidelines to appropriate lighting designs on our projects.

Presentation boards and color renderings can be prepared for any project. The trademark to our unique finish boards is the use of Velcro as opposed to traditional permanent adhesive methods, allowing finish samples to be flexible.

All of our construction documents are prepared on AutoCAD and can be shared electronically amongst the project team. Depending on the type of project, we can create "insert sets" that are used inside an architectural set or stand alone sets that incorporate other consultants on the project.

We can prepare, coordinate, and run architectural permit sets for tenant improvement or remodeling projects.

Numbers talk on every project and our goal is to get the most look out of the project budget. We can assist our clients in many ways to prepare and analyze project costs.

Here is where we visit the project site, coordinate with the contractor, provide supplemental information as necessary, review submittals, and answer any requests for information to help keep the contractor moving along and the client informed during the construction portion of the project.

In this phase we prepare suitable furniture, fixture, and equipment selections. Upon approval of budgets and selections we create a specification binder detailing all FF&E items for the project.

JWID can procure, receive, and manage the installation of FF&E items.

Here we will provide design solutions through graphics and signage to help visitors easily understand a sense of brand and direction to their desired destination within the project.

Finishing touches will make any design project look its best. Professional art and accessory selections are available upon request.
